What kinds of motion sickness does the PUMA METHOD prevent?
The PUMA METHOD is used to raise a person’s tolerance to any type of motion whether it involves a car, boat, train, plane or even amusement park ride. The Puma Method habituation exercises are so powerful and varied that they should work for most types of motion and visually induced motion sickness. We do urge that the exercises be started at the lowest levels of vigor, speed and numbers of repetition. Some may have to do only the warm-up exercises until they can comfortably tolerate more. This is all controlled by you, the individual participant.
