How does the PUMA METHOD Work?
The foundation of the PUMA METHOD is conditioning, also known as habituation.
Our daily exercise program exposes your body to certain head, neck and upper body motions. By gradually increasing the intensity and duration of these motions, you will successfully desensitize the brain to previously overwhelming or conflicting messages that caused your motion sickness. This process is known as habituation and is a normal phenomenon exhibited by human beings.
