Are there any side effects from doing the exercises?
If the exercises are done as recommended, there should not be any negative side effects.
These habituation exercises are very powerful and if performed too vigorously and for too long the side effects of moderate to sever motion sickness could occur! These habituation producing exercises should be started very, very gently. Some people may have to start with the warm-up exercises only and then gradually add in the main exercises later on in the program. Watch the DVD 2 or 3 times before beginning the exercises. Every word was carefully chosen. Remember, this is a gradual conditioning process! Take it slow and easy to give your body the time it needs to become habituated.
