The Puma Method is completely natural. You use
your own body's mechanism to prevent motion sickness. You don't
need any drugs, so there are no negative side effects.
The benefits of the Puma Method are available to
anyone suffering from common motion sickness who is willing and
able to follow the simple exercise instruction. To do the exercises
correctly, you should have average mobility of the head, neck and
upper body. Be sure to check with your heath care provider, however,
to make sure there are no medical conditions that are causing your
motion sickness or that would prevent you from doing the exercises
safely.

The Puma Method exercises take only about 15 minutes
per day. Positive results, that is conditioning, may be seen in
as little as two weeks.
Once the conditioning is achieved, it never totally
goes away. Your tolerance level to certain motions may diminish,
however, if you have not experienced them in a while. If this happens,
all you need is a few days of the Puma Method to boost your level
of conditioning.
